By downloading, installing, or using Seliware ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License
Seliware grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or commercialize the Software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Use the Software in ways that violate applicable law
- Use the Software to harm or harass other users
3. User Conduct
You are solely responsible for how you use Seliware. We do not condone using the Software for malicious activities, including but not limited to harassment, exploitation, account theft, or service disruption.
4. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to disable, suspend, or terminate access to Seliware features (such as the Script Hub) for users who violate these Terms or our community guidelines, without prior notice.
5. No Warranty
Seliware is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, freedom from bugs, or specific compatibility with any version of Roblox.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seliware and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Software.
7. Roblox Disclaimer
Seliware is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. Use of Seliware may violate Roblox's Terms of Use — using it could result in your Roblox account being banned. You assume all risk.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of Seliware after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
